How Nordstrom delivers for Anniversary Sale and beyond

Anniversary Sale is one of Nordstrom’s biggest events of the year. But have you ever wondered how our supply chain is able to flex to meet demand during this peak time? One of the ways we do this is through our ability to give customers the option to shop all the stores within our top 20 markets for next day pickup at their preferred store. 

During the Sale and year-round, Nordstrom offers customers in our top 20 markets 4x expanded product availability for next-day pickup of their nordstrom.com orders at their nearest Nordstrom, Nordstrom Rack or Nordstrom Local. 

During our 2021 Anniversary Sale, a large number of orders were picked up at a Nordstrom Rack location. We know customers engage with this service during peak times like our Anniversary Sale but we continue to see customers utilizing this service following the event.
